Tim has been a resident of Lost River since 2000 and he also owns and operates the Lost River Grill and Motel, a popular local eating and meeting place. Prior to relocating to Lost River, Tim was responsible for management and business development for the private club industry. His real estate background began with over 5 years sales experience in Indiana. His 35 years experience in the service industry enables him to work with both buyer and seller in successfully consummating real estate transactions.
