David RudichDavid, a Washington escapee, has been a resident of Lost River since 1981. He became active in marketing and selling of rural properties in the early 1980s, receiving his West Virginia Real Estate Brokers license in the mid 80's. He is a licensed real estate broker in West Virginia and Virginia. His specialty is in marketing and selling vacation and retirement homes and rural properties. In 2003 along with his associates he founded Lost River Real Estate LLC to best serve the real estate needs of Buyers and Sellers within Lost River Valley and vicinity.

Ann MorganAnn has twenty-five years of experience with real estate in Lost River. She bought her first Lost River property, a weekend cabin, in 1985. She worked for the Peace Corps and the Department of State in Washington before she became a full-time resident of Lost River in 1990. For 13 years she ran the Inn at Lost River, a bed and breakfast. She also managed property for weekend residents and operated two retail stores, the Lost River General Store and Uncommon Things. She continues to rent her own cabins to visitors to the area and is building cabins for sale. She knows the market, service providers, builders and her location at the general Store, a popular meeting place, gives her access to many prospective buyers and sellers.

Tim RamseyTim has been a resident of Lost River since 2000. He recently served as vice president for his property owners association. He also owns and operates the Lost River Grill and Motel, a popular local eating and meeting place. Prior to relocating to Lost River, Tim was responsible for management and business development for the private club industry. His real estate background began with over 5 years sales experience in Indiana. His 25 years experience in the service industry enables him to work with both buyer and seller in successfully consummating real estate transactions.

Dan ReichardDan Reichard was recognized as a "Top Producer" by the Potomac Highland's Board of Realtors in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. PHBR covers Grant, Mineral, Pendleton, Hampshire and Hardy Counties in West Virginia.

In addition to his West Virginia real estate sales person's license, in 2009 he also obtained his real estate license in Virginia. He and his partner, Greg, have had a vacation home in the Lost River Valley Property Owners Association since 1997 and they made it their full-time residence from 2007 to 2012!
